The rules for using the platform and related services

Use of the service

By creating an account or using the workspace, you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not disrupt, misuse, or compromise the platform, other users, or connected infrastructure.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping credentials secure, limiting access to authorized users, and ensuring the information supplied for account creation, billing, and workspace administration is accurate and current.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to distribute malware, violate intellectual property rights, scrape or abuse protected data, send unlawful content, or attempt to interfere with authentication, billing, messaging, or file systems.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid access, renewals, taxes, invoicing, plan upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are governed by the pricing and billing terms shown at checkout or in your subscription workspace. Access to some features may be limited or suspended if payments are overdue.

Customer data and ownership

You retain ownership of the business data you upload or create in the workspace. You grant the service only the rights needed to host, transmit, back up, and process that data to operate the product and deliver requested support.

Availability and support

The platform may change, improve, or remove features over time. While reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, uptime, response times, and support outcomes are not guaranteed unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis, and liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse, security incidents, legal requirements, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any remaining billing commitments already agreed to.
